The process would be steaming organic herbs and allowing the steam to cleanse out things that aren’t fully removed from the walls or womb during regular menstrual cycles or cleaning. Appointment Rules:
-Please check-in at least 15 minutes early (A text message or phone call is fine) - this helps us prepare your area. I want nothing but the best experience for you!
-Please remove any piercings before steaming. (Warning: IT is HOT and we do not want it to heat up and hurt you!)
-Do NOT get steamed if you are with child. (pregnant)
-Do NOT steam if you are currently menstrating.
-Do NOT steam if you have any open wounds.
-Do NOT steam if you have a IUD.
Missed appointments:
If an appointment is missed or cancelled same day (24 hours). FULL pricing would remain along with a 5 dollar missed fee. We will then offer you a 72 hour window to redeem you in store session( IF appointments are available). If not, in exchange for the missed appointment, you will become eligible to receive one take home kit((1 Yoni throne & 1 Steam with carrying bag). The Yoni Steam kit will need to be picked up within ONE week of your orginal appointment or payment will be forfeited.
NO Cancellations at the 24 hour mark.
Late arrival:
Being ON TIME is important, but we understand life happens. Customers have up to 10 Minutes of grace time for tardiness. (5 minutes will be taken off of the steam session.) If 15 minutes goes by, the missed appointment rule will be in effect.(This ensures not to take away from the next appointment)
IF we happen to be late, we will be sure to accommodate for the tardiness. No persons time is more important than the other and I will ensure not to waist it.
Rescheduling:
Customers are able to reschedule ONE time and this has to be done before the 24 hour mark.
